What I do: I provide support and assistance to new and existing clients and to my colleagues via a wide range of administrative duties for example, answering the telephone, processing paperwork, handling new and existing client enquiries and working with Teams to ensure client requests and files are kept up to date.
Brief Background: I was born in Dumfries and have lived here my whole life. I live with my partner and our 4 year old daughter, Emily. I have worked in customer facing roles for over 15 years, primarily Receptionist roles in the Hair & Beauty, Communication and Hospitality industries, gaining essential and beneficial admin skills including completing a Receptionist Training Course along the way.
Favourite part of my Job: I enjoy being able to help and assist our clients. It’s always very rewarding when a client is more than happy with their experience and the service they have received from Border Finance.
Outside Work: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dogs – Rocco & Yoko, watching sports and reading when I can. My little girl keeps me very busy!
